CCS and your career:
CCS provided me with the opportunity to conduct research about an issue I was passionate about and hadn’t yet had the chance to delve into deeply: veteran reintegration, particularly in the context of support at the institutional-level as veterans transition into higher education. This research project, and my involvement with CCS, has helped me advise students about the Monterey Institute’s Certificate in Conflict Resolution and how students can get more involved in the Center. I am happy to now serve as the CACS advisor for students pursuing this Certificate.
Personal Highlights:
This past year, I joined Ke Kai O’Uhane Outrigger Canoe Club and it’s been wonderful to get back on the water.  Being out on the Bay with whales, dolphins, and jelly fish has been quite memorable! Causes most passionate about:

Public Health and Education
