How does your company reflect its ethics?

The mission of our small enterprise is to provide handcrafts, jewelries and other forms of arts that come from a fair-trade market through a beautiful fusion of diverse arts from various part of our globe, particularly Central Asian, Eastern European and American cultures.

We believe in sustainable design and supporting local products. We care about recycling; and aim to use mostly recycled materials while making our products. Our goal is to become 100 percent fair-trade enterprise and to provide alternative choices for handcraft and jewelry lovers, a work that is unique and original.

We belief in the power of arts and imagination as it is a very creative process. We value integrity, commitment, innovation, celebration and transparency. Currently, we are not a fair-trade enterprise but the hope is to learn and become a fair-trade business. Once we are profitable, we hope to donate 10% of our profit towards a social cause.

What do you hope to share and/or learn at CSIL’s Holiday Pop Up Market?

I hope to learn both the basics and also to get into the depth of ethical and impactful business. What principles should my small business follow to be part of the impact space? Where can I buy the products (the various parts of jewelries and crafts) that are fair-trade and affordable? I hope to get help regarding developing my business model, and also to set up website so I can feature my handcrafts and jewelries there. I am very excited for this opportunity to learn, to share, and to be part of the social impact space.
