About CBE and MIIS

The Center for the Blue Economy (CBE) is a program affiliated with the Monterey Institute of International Studies (MIIS) which sponsors summer fellowships for its current graduate students in the International Environmental Policy program (IEP), provides professionals to speak about their on the field experience to students, pioneering new research on a variety of coastal, marine and marine economics, and hosting events such as Monterey’s TEDx series.
