Anne Campbell – DPMI Rwanda Co-Instructor

Dr. Cambell’s interests lie at the intersection of international development and education. Before joining MIIS in August 2016, she worked for the Open Society Foundations, Médecins Sans Frontières/Doctors Without Borders, the African Rescue Committee, and various other international projects and programs, as an employee, consultant, and volunteer.

She holds a PhD in Comparative and International Development Education from the University of Minnesota, an MA in Critical Theory and Cultural Studies from the University of Nottingham in the United Kingdom. She completed her Bachelor of Science in History and Interdisciplinary Studies Matt Reeves is based in Nairobi as Global Advisor for Civil Society with the Aga Khan Foundation. Matt has worked for over twelve years in international development and social change organizations, supporting the design, implementation and measurement of civil society organizational, network and systems strengthening initiatives in over twenty countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Matt Reeves – DPMI Rwanda Co-Instructor

Matt Reeves is based in Nairobi as Global Advisor for Civil Society with the Aga Khan Foundation. Matt has worked for over twelve years in international development and social change organizations, supporting the design, implementation and measurement of civil society organizational, network and systems strengthening initiatives in over twenty countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Before joining AKDN, Matt worked as Global Director for Capacity Development with Pact. In this role, he was responsible for the development, piloting and roll out of the Organizational Performance Index, an innovative approach to measurement which has since been adopted by other organizations including USAID, Global Giving and John Snow International. Matt holds an MPA in International Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey and has taught graduate-level courses in multi-stakeholder facilitation.

mauriceMaurice Masozera Sayinzoga  is passionate about social entrepreneurship and development. His experience lies in the fields of ICT for development, public health, youth livelihoods development, and evaluation. Maurice is an alumnus of the DPMI program in Rwanda. He has worked for various organizations, including Partners in Health (PIH), Intrahealth International, Education Development Center (EDC) in Rwanda, and the Baylor College of Medicine Children’s Foundation in Lilongwe, Malawi.

Maurice has a bachelor’s degree in IT Applications to Management from the National University of Rwanda, in Butare, Huye District, Rwanda. He is currently a second-year graduate student in the Global Human Development program at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. He is fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda.
