Thanks to a donation from Student Council, the Fisher Fiesta Planning Committee is now able to waive the $5 fee for admission to this event.

Tickets to the reception are $25 and include 1 drink ticket, 2 raffle tickets, and tons of food! Menu items include:

Crispy Calamari with Chile-Citrus-Basil Aioli
Dungeness Crab Fritters with spicy Remoulade
Crispy Watsonville Artichoke Hearts with Lemon Aioli
Rosemary Skewered Garlic Marinated Chicken

The 9th Annual Fisher Fiesta will focus on “How Do Micro-finance and Business Development Alleviate Poverty?”  The keynote address will be offered by Matt Flannery, Co-Founder & CEO of Kiva, the world’s first online micro-lending platform.  Founded in 2005, Kiva empowers individuals to lend to entrepreneurs across the globe in order to alleviate poverty.
