Recent IEP alumni Alan Lovewell and Oren Frey (with other MIIS alumni) have been working on putting together a community supported fishery (CSF) for Monterey Bay called Local Catch Monterey.

The program is still in the planning process, but they are putting together a waiting list of interested customers.   Having a waiting list of potentially interested customers is critical to getting this off the ground as it will help to demonstrate demand to the supply side and give them an idea of the volume of fish they’d need to provide.   Click on the link below for the details and to learn more about this exciting project!
