In the Wednesday edition of the McClatchy online forum, Jeffrey Lewis was quoted regarding the current incident in the Panama Canal which involves Cuban arms intended to be shipped to North Korea for repair.
Jeffrey Lewis is an adjunct professor for the Nonproliferation and Terrorism Studies program at MIIS and the Director of East Asia Non-Proliferation Program at CNS.
