The Inter-American Development Bank offers the Social Innovation Program for Development. It allows innovators and social entrepreneurs who operate in or from Latin America and the Caribbean to foster and expand on their community-based projects. The program also seeks to strengthen the managerial, entrepreneurial, communication, creativity and innovation capacity of participants. This capacity-building program will take place in Washington, D.C. in October 2013. Call for candidates ends on Friday, July, 26.
