Under the supervision of the Planning Specialist (DRR), responsible to ensure the institutionalization of resilience focused programming with a focus on inter-agency program collaboration and knowledge management, evidence based programming through participatory and community based considerations, resilience impact assessments in the Arid and Semi-arid Land (ASAL).
