Mentoring Practices, Models, and Benefits for International Educators:
This theory-based session presents mentoring models, strategies, and tactics. Attendees examine mentoring practices including peer mentor programs, student assistant supervision, recruiting and supporting interns, and integrating new staff members. Both mentors and mentees will make connections and learn how to capitalize on these significant professional relationships.
