Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Please bring your e-ticket along with a photo ID in order of our conference volunteers to sign you in on the day of the event. There are no age requirements for this event.

 

What are my parking options for the event?

The City of Monterey offers parking at a daily rate:  East Parking Structure, 340 Tyler Street, Monterey, CA 93940 The parking strucute has gate operated entrances with a $7 flat entry fee per day. They accept coin, bills and Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards.

Street parking is available but limited to two hours on Saturdays.

The Monterey Institute will try to provide some spaces in our parking structure, but spaces are limited and priority is given to students, faculty and staff.

Directions from downtown: follow East Franklin Street west four blocks to Pierce Street and turn left onto Pierce.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, this will assist our conference volunteers in checking you in.

The name on the registration/ticket doesn’t match the attendee. Is that okay?
