The Presequence Strategies of Message-Telling Speech Act in Mandarin Chinese

Since Mandarin Chinese is been recognized as a high context language, the Native Chinese language speakers are as well concerned to behave more collective and more context aware. This study aims to find out how the Mandarin Chinese language speakers employ their presequence strategies when the up-to-tell messages varied from beneficial or face-threatened to hearers.
