Master Baker Jackie Jegat, the owner and founder of Paris Bakery, was born in Doué-la-Fontaine, France where he began his baking career at the age of 16.  Paris Bakery has a delicious selections of pastries and breads have been baked daily it’s for a quick lunch or a leisurely café au lait and croissant.

The oldest coffee shop in Monterey still in operation. Plumes Coffee House is located in the heart of Downtown Monterey and has been a favorite spot to grab a cup of joe for over 20 years.

Their specialty is slow drip coffee by the cup and they offer over 35 different kinds of Fair Trade organic roasts and all of our teas are organic as well. Breakfast items, lunch items, pastries, baked goodies, and amazing sandwiches.
