Damien Lazzari is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer (Ecuador). Poco a Poco, or little by little, is one of the first phrases Damien learned when beginning his studies of the Spanish language. From zero Spanish to conversational fluency in just three months of intensive training, the principles encompassed by poco a poco have stuck with Damien.
The stress that individuals experience in today’s competitive global environment is unyielding, but through persistence, dedication, and a poco a poco attitude human beings can overcome whatever their challenge might be.

Damien completed an MA in International Education Management at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in May 2017. His five favorite classes were “Staff Management in an International Context,” “Entrepreneurship in the Hispanic World,” “Venture Capitalism,” “Marketing and Recruiting” and “Program Design and Assessment”.
Upon graduating, Damien returned to Ecuador and started StyleDENTAL. Damien hopes to take what he has learned on a small scale through his international experience developing StyleDENTAL and apply it to a larger scope!
Damien has experience working on PROPOSALS! Here is one such example when he worked as an associate for the Carmel River Watershed Conservancy (CRWC) and collaborated with colleagues to prepare this proposal for the CRWC board when considering membership as a National Heritage Area.
Damien hopes to apply his experience in business development and education to help entrepreneurs, businesses and educators around the globe achieve their goals!
