Etablished in 2014, the SEGP serves to increase the awareness of ethical implications in modern policymaking among the students of the Monterey Institute as well as fellow policy professionals already in the field.  Ranging from issues of counter-terrorism to environmental ethics, the SEGP explores various policy fields in both national and international lenses.Through discussions, symposiums and publications, the SEGP openly questions the current models of decision making and asks “what is the human cost?” of different policy options.
