On the cover of this 2016 Mercy Corps calendar is a photo of a Syrian child standing at the entrance of her tent in Zaatari Camp for Syrian Refugees. More than half of the 80,000 Syrians live in the camp are under the age of 18. 340,000 of the over 650,00 registered Syrian refugees in Jordan are under the age of 18. Worldwide there are close to 2.3 million registered Syrian refugee children.
