Speaker: Gabriela Enrigue, founder of CREA

Gabriela Enrigue, Berkeley graduate with a Master of Political Science, has consulted for the World Bank in the Finance and Private Sector Development Group since June 2008. Gabriela led the “Doing Business in Mexico Evaluation” where she worked with the economic development agencies of all 31 Mexican states as well the National Institute for Competitiveness (Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad, IMCO). She founded CREA in 2008 and is currently starting operations of PROSPERA, the for profit arm of CREA. Within PROSPERA, Gabriela is in charge of strategic partnerships, finance and leading the PROSPERA team to begin formal operations by the end of 2009.
