• Commecial Attaché at Mexican Embassy in San Jose since
2008.
• Served as a Public Policy Analyst and Chief of Staff for PAN
Parliamentarian Group in the Mexican State of Sonora.
• Taught at law school Universidad Valle de México.
• Has an MBA and an MPA.
• Practices constitutional law. One current case is about the way in which Mexican states can contract debt. Currently being taken up by the Supreme Court of Mexico.
• Has organized 3 succeed commercial missions to Mexico from San Jose.
