The 9th Annual Fisher Fiesta will focus on “How Do Micro-finance and Business Development Alleviate Poverty?” The keynote address will be offered by Matt Flannery, Co-Founder & CEO of Kiva.
Kiva is the world’s first online micro-lending platform. Founded in 2005, Kiva empowers individuals to lend to entrepreneurs across the globe in order to alleviate poverty.
All students, regardless of degree program, are welcome to attend the keynote event in the Irvine Auditorium. A Networking Reception for Fisher International MBA students and alumni will follow at Montrio Bistro thereafter.
Tickets:
- $5 per person (Speaker Only)
