For all students about to graduate, and for those interested in a career in the U.S. government…

An article appearing yesterday in the Washington Post notes that President Obama plans to “instruct federal agencies to radically overhaul the process now used to hire government workers.”  The ultimate outcome will hopefully be a public sector that is much more competitive with the private sector in attracting highly qualified individuals, including recent MIIS graduates and alumni.
