Emily Parker and Jodi Nelson, responsible for Impact Planning & Improvement for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation will be outlining some of the strategies employed in their global programs to measure impact. The dicussion will highlight the importance of building a measurement strategy into the structure of a program and provide best practices from real programs making an impact in the world.
