DePaolis Presents on Spatial Analysis of Foreclosure Rates

GSIPM Professor Fernando DePaolis participated in the 57th Annual North American Meeting of the Regional Science Association International in Denver, CO., from Nov 10th – 13th. In the meeting he chaired the session on Location and Spatial Modeling and presented his paper “Economic Stability and Spatial Structure as Determinants of Residential Foreclosure Rates in U.S. Metropolitan Areas.”
