What do Ethiopia and the Philippines have in common? Despite their vast physical and cultural differences, both countries are home to successful development programs that combine population, health, and environment interventions.  NGOs in Ethiopia and the Philippines are leading the way in demonstrating how this promised integrated approach can both improve community health and encourage environmental conservation.  At the Wilson Center, field-based personnel from Ethiopia and the Philippines will discuss the opportunities and challenges they have faced on the ground and share best practices across sectors and across continents.
