The Islam, Islamism and Politics in Eurasia Report (IIPER) is a project of the Monterey Terrorism and Research and Education Program (MonTREP) at MIIS.  IT focuses on all politically-relevant issues involving or bearing on Islam and ethnic Muslim communities in Russia and Eurasia writ large.  All issues of IIPER are available at http://www.miis.edu/academics/faculty/ghahn/report.

The 32nd report overall and the first of 2011 has been released.
