IDEO, the global design firm in the USA has launched the IDEO.org Fellowship, which brings people with design, business, and social sector backgrounds into IDEO.org for an 11-month residency.

Individuals with proven leadership experience in the social sector, business world, or design industry with a passion for improving low-income communities and spreading human-centered design can apply to this opportunity.

In the 11-month residency, the selected fellows or residents will work on poverty related challenges covering an array of topics–such as agriculture, gender equity, financial services, health and water and sanitation. Although residents will be based in San Francisco, they will spend significant time traveling and in the field.
