The Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons (G/TIP) is hosting a “Bidders’ Conference†to provide information and answer questions about the FY 2012 request for proposals. Organizations interested in applying for G/TIP funding are encouraged to attend. For those who cannot attend, the information presented will be posted on the G/TIP website, www.state.gov/g/tip, the following day.

To register for the Conference: If you are not employed by the State Department, for security purposes please RSVP by providing your full name, date of birth, the name of the organization you represent, and a government issued ID number, such as a driver’s license or passport number. Also, a government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required for admittance. Due to the security requirements, guests are asked to arrive at the 21st Street entrance of the State Department (between C Street and Virginia Avenue, NW) no later than 1: 40 p.m.
