Dr. Terry Tucker will present on civil-military integration in Afghanistan. Dr. Tucker is a Senior Military Analyst for the Center for Army Lessons Learned at the Army Combined Arms Center at Ft. Leavenworth, KS. He served for 51 months in Afghanistan as a counterinsurgency advisor to USAID, DoD, DoS, Afghan and Coalition military units, and NGOs. His most recent book is US Counterinsurgency Methods and the Global War on Terror: Tactical Success and Strategic Building.
