Frontier Market Scouts Info Session – Thursday March, 8th
The Frontier Market Scouts program trains and places young professionals in emerging markets, working directly with social entrepreneurs and impact investors to use business practices for poverty alleviation. Past student placements include Brazil, India, Ecuador, Vietnam, Tanzania, and Lebanon, and we are currently offering field internships in more than 20 countries for summer/fall 2012. Our training faculty comes from renowned social enterprise organizations such as Village Capital, the Calvert Foundation, and Invested Development. We will be holding an information session for the upcoming summer and winter programs on Thursday, March 8th at 12:15 p.m. in MG 102.
Summer 2012 training dates:
- May 29 – June 2 (for June – August field assignment)
- May 29 – June 12 (for July – December field assignment)
Winter 2013 training dates:
- January 9 – 25 (for February – July field assignment)
