Annual International Women’s Day International Potluck Dinner

Annual International Women’s Day international potluck dinner, featuring speaker Rebecca Costa.  This event is an informal and festive way to celebrate International Women’s Day, along with women and men all around the world, right here in Monterey.  United Nations Association especially want to welcome all of the new members as this is a good opportunity to get to know others informally while enjoying the international potluck dinner and speaker’s presentation.

 
DATE, TIME, LOCATION:  Friday, March 9th, from 6 to 9 p.m. 
Unitarian Universalist Church of the Monterey Peninsula
490 Aguajito Road, Carmel
If coming from the north, take Highway 1 south and exit at Highway 68, Pacific Grove/Pebble Beach.  Turn left at the light at the end of the exit,  Cross over the highway heading straight, and take the next left to Aguajito Road.  If you are heading back on the Highway 1 north, you’ve missed the left turn.  Continue about 1/4 of a mile, and you’ll see the Church on your left.  If you are coming from the south, take Highway 1 north to the same exit, and stay right as you come around the curve to Aguajito Road.

INTERNATIONAL MUSIC:  Bruce and Judy Cowan
 
International or ethnic clothing is encouraged.  Admission and dinner are free.  Plates, cups, and utensils provided.
If possible, please bring an international dish or beverage to serve 6-8 people.  Food should arrive by 6:00 PM.
