IPS professor William Arrocha recently published an op-ed entitled “The Increase in Xenophobia and Human Trafficking: Endemic Problems of Today’s Globalization,” in the International Organization for Migration (IOM) newsletter Global Eye on Human Trafficking which is one of the top international newsletters on this subject.
