The Californian interviewed Middlebury Institute of International Studies alumna Lisa Brinton for her new position as Senior Planner for the City of Salinas. Ms. Brinton holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from MIIS and served for eight years as Community and Economic Services Manager for the City of Seaside before transitioning to her position with the City of Salinas.
