Watch her Multilingual Video on Internship Experience at UNCTAD
My internship experience at UNCTAD has been wonderful. I am closely working with program managers of investment and enterprise division. I assist in various projects related to investment promotion, and I have so far been involved with projects in Lebanon, South Africa, BRICS, and Silk Road region. Every day I learn so much, and I can totally see myself doing the same type of work that I am doing right now in the future. I would like to gain as much experience as I can here, and if possible I would like to come back here one day to work as an official staff. I am confident that this is one of the most meaningful internships I have ever done in my life as the work I do here is highly relevant to what I want to do in the future. I also feel comfortable working in this multilingual environment. Walking around in the UN buildings, I hear so many different languages every day. I also have a multilingual background; thus, I decided to share my experience in multiple languages through a video. This should perfectly fit into MIIS’s multilingual spirit as well. I hope you enjoy the video, and I am willing to answer any inquiries you may have.
