NOTE: there are two components to this total: AltruVistas program fee, and additional expenses not covered by AltruVistas.

AltruVistas prorgam fee includes:
• All confirmations in the program
• Lodging in 3 star hotels (double room)
• On-ground transportation by air conditioned motor coach, and Domestic flights as noted in the itinerary.
• Airport transfers or pick up and drop off on arrival and departure days only (folks that arrive early will take a taxi)
• One full time leader/translator from Tehran
• Preparatory reading and orientation materials.
• Admission to all programmed activities
• Group donations and honoraria to NGOs, projects and speakers
• Three meals per day
• Luggage transfer (at owner’s risk throughout). Baggage allowance varies according to your airlines.

Additional expenses (estimated) not included in the AltruVistas program fee: **
• Expenses of a purely personal nature.
• Iranian visas costs (AltruVistas will secure the authorization but passports must be sent 45 days before to the Iranian embassy, with pictures, and a visa money order).
• Flights to and from Tehran and any airport taxes
• Gratuities to the bellboys and waiters, and your guide and driver.
• Room service charges.
• Travel Insurance (We advise that each participant arrange for their own travel insurance yet it is not required).
• Extra Beverages or snacks, and one meal a day.
**Each participant is responsible for these charges.
