WELLNESS 4Keep Calm and Stretch On! If you’re feeling a little stressed by finals, stretching is a great way to relax and relieve muscle tension. Attend this workshop to learn some fun and easy stretching techniques to combat stress and keep calm throughout the end of the semester.
