Tara McLaughlin is a rising junior at the College of William & Mary studying Economics and Math. At William & Mary’s Global Research Institute, she researches the intersection of blockchain and other emerging technology with nonproliferation issues. She is also a geospatial analyst with the geoBoundaries project where she contributes to the world’s largest free and open-sourced database of political administrative boundaries.
