About Me

Most recently, I am a candidate for a Master’s in Translation and Localization Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, with a specialty in Japanese.

I have a passion for interactive entertainment and technology, and am interested in creating and curating content for the modern world. My Bachelor’s of Science in Print Journalism from the WVU Reed College of Media has brought me exceptional language, writing, proofing, editing, and speaking ability, and an eagerness to learn and apply varied skills. This also comes with a proven ability to maintain and nurture professional networks.

I am a native English speaker with professional proficiency in the Japanese language. Through my time as a student and my work as a teacher in Gifu Prefecture, I am well-acquainted with Japanese society all the way from kindergarten to the workplace.

I am also highly imaginative, with the ability to rapidly articulate concept to (or from) others and turn it into easy to understand, efficient action plans. I am flexible and adaptable to rapid change with minimal turnaround time.
