Work Highlights:
At Capital One, I work access the risk a customer presents to the company credit and financial history. I also work with customers when they are at risk of defaulting on payments or working with the legal department to settle financial disputes through the court system.
CCS and your career:
I use conflict resolution theories and practice every single day at my job. Whether it’s in a meeting discussing company goals or on the phone with customers, my CCS  training and experience is absolutely essential.
Personal Highlights:
Recently I have been involved with the work of Emily’s List, an organization which supports pro-choice Democratic female candidates running for public office.
