The Advanced NGO Management Seminar of the Monterey Institute of International Studies will present their capstone presentation on May 14, 2010 at 10:30 am in the Irvine Auditorium.
The ten seminar participants have created Innovation4Impact, a consulting team that has assisted United Way Monterey County in preparing for their upcoming strategic planning process. Through interviewing stakeholders, analyzing past revenue flows, evaluating linkages and partnerships, and exploring current trends in the community, the team has conducted a comprehensive SWOT analysis of the organization.
The significance of this effort lies in the collaboration between Monterey Institute students and United Way Monterey County, a prominent local organization.
