About Author and Blog
I am a current graduate student at the Monterey Institute of International Studies in Monterey, California. As part of a graduate course on International Comparative Education, I am writing about the various facets of the education system of Finland. I chose to conduct my work on Finland because it is often regarded as a model of education that should be followed by many other countries. I am interested in why its education is so successful and whether this is replicable or not. I hope to add more items over time but enjoy what I have so far.
