John is from Buffalo, New York.   He is married to Janice and has a three year old daughter, Samantha.    He received his BS/MBA from the State University of New York at Buffalo and is a CPA.   John is a Master of Arts in International Policy candidate focusing on Trade.    He has extensive work experience in accounting/auditing, procurement, plant management,  supply chain management, and sales with his last two positions at a Fortune 500 Energy Company.    As John’s interests lie in the business side of trade, he requested participating in the International Business Plan this summer and has found the experience to be a great learning experience.   John plans to consult in the area of trade compliance after graduation.
