This is not a policy or research project per se, but it ties into the project I want to spearhead. With this evidence, and other suggestive material – I want to ask, if we know that learning languages in childhood increases cultural/global competency, then why don’t more programs exist, and why isn’t there more motivation from the educational community (globally) to foster these programs?
