Leonard S. Spector, Deputy Director of the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies here at MIIS, recently spoke regarding the latest U.N. conference of states who are parties to the 40-year-old Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).

Dr. Spector also serves as editor-in-chief of CNS’s publications.  He joined CNS from the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), where he served as an Assistant Deputy Administrator for Arms Control and Nonproliferation at the National Nuclear Security Administration.
