What: Call for Papers for International Studies Association – West Annual Conference

The theme of the ISA-West annual conference is “International Responsibilities and National Interests.” The conference will particularly examine issues of ethics, law, diplomacy and cooperation in international relations. Speakers will include Peter W. Singer, director of the 21st Century Defense Initiative and a senior fellow in Foreign Policy at the Brookings Institution and IDA President Davis Lake.
