U.S. Green Building Council Awards Gala, October 29th
The Northern California Chapter of the Green Building Council is holding its 4th annual Green Building Super Hero Awards Gala on October 29th at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco.
They will be honoring organizations and individuals in Northern California who have done outstanding work promoting sustainability, social equity, etc. Former Secretary of State George Shultz will deliver the opening address.

Last year, Paul Buckman arranged for a block of discounted tickets to be available to MIIS students and a group came up for the evening. He wants to do the same this year.
