There is a gap between the price the clients pay to the LSPs and the income that goes to the linguists. Other than the profit generated by the LSPs, where does the money go? How big a factor is interpreter quality in the buying decision? This is a presentation I gave at InterpretAmerica 2020 that answers the question above.
