I am currently a first-year grad in MIIS, studying TLM(Translation and Localization Management. Before this, I was in Ocean University of China and studying Chemistry. Qingdao is a beautiful coastal city in China just like Monterey.

When you finish the former paragraph, you may wonder and keep saying: Wow, this is so cool! But why did you switch your major? Actually, Chemistry is one of my favorite subject at that time, but as time passing by, I gradually found out that I am not that kind of guy who can stay in the lab all the time. Instead, I LOVE talking to people and exchange ideas with them. So, combining my science background and develop my interest in language-related area seems to be the field I wanna jump in.

To achieve this, I have several related experience that helps me better prepared for both studying in MIIS and launching a decent job in the future. I am a part-time translator and interpreter. Also, with what I have learned on Udacity and Coursera about TLM industry, I am quite sure that I am ready to move to another new stage in my life!

Ideas may change all the time, but I always believe that: always keeping  a goal in mind and never stop trying.
