Celebrating Thanksgiving at our office!

It has become a tradition here at the ESL office to celebrate Thanksgiving with our students. We were even featured on the MIIS homepage, check out the story!

The Tuesday before Thanksgiving our students and teachers gathered in kitchens near our campus to begin preparing for our feast. They began at 9am and we all convened at around 1:00 to share our homemade mashed potatoes, casseroles, pies, cranberry sauce, cheesecakes, apple pie, breads, salads, gravy, stuffing, and turkey! Many of our students tried the traditional Thanksgiving treats for the first time.

Some of us passed time while the food cooked playing Mafia,   Pictionary, and cards. It was a real delight to share this American holiday with our students.
