CHOICES Training Event at CSUMB

(open to both new and returning trainees)

The Choices for the 21st Century Education Program is a national education initiative based at Brown University’s Watson Institute for International Studies.

The program seeks to empower young people with the skills, knowledge, and participatory habits to be engaged citizens who are capable of addressing international issues through thoughtful public discourse and informed decision making.

Who: MIIS students, faculty, and staff are invited to volunteer
When: Saturday, March 6th (9:30 a.m. – 1:30 pm)
Where: C.S.U.M.B.
Alumni & Visitors’ Center*  – Board Room
100 Campus Center
Seaside, CA 93955

PLEASE NOTE the following important information:

+ Parking fees may apply in the lot adjoining the Center, please have $2.00 in quarters.

+ Sign-ups for presentations will be available at the training

+ Interim training rehearsal sessions will also be announced

Program has the goal of impacting 8th graders throughout Monterey County.
