The MBITA will hold a seminar & luncheon on Friday, March 19th from 10 AM – 1:30 PM. The seminar (10 AM – 11:45 AM) will feature Candy Hansen Gage, Director, Center for International Trade Development – Fresno; Jerry R. Avila, Regional Manager, SBA Export Express Loan Guarantee Program, U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA); Robert Tse, Deputy Secretary of Trade Development for the California Department of Food and Agriculture (CDFA);  and Brooks Ohlson, Director of the Centers for International Trade Development (CITD) in Sacramento. The luncheon (noon – 1:30 PM) will feature Paul V. Oliva, Founder and Principal, OlivaGlobal Communications, and ‘keynote’ speaker Assembly member William W. Monning, Field Representative, 27th Assembly District, and former Director of the International Trade and Commercial Diplomacy Master’s Degree program at the Monterey Institute of International Studies.
